PPES is a transformative learning organization that aims to empower socially and economically underprivileged rural girls by providing them with quality education and making them self-reliant. Pardada Pardadi Educational Society have day-boarding schools affiliated with the UP (Uttar Pradesh) Board. The school situated in Anupshahr is for KG to 12th grade and the second school located in Bichola is for KG to 5th grade. The fundamental criteria for school admission include girls coming from marginalized, underprivileged, and below-poverty-line families, who neither can afford education nor have access to quality education. The schools follow an incentive-based approach comprising a free educational package supplemented with thrice-daily nutritious meals, and safe transportation facilities to and from the school in order to assure parents of their daughters’ safety. A daily scholarship of INR 10 is transferred to each girl’s account from class 6th onwards and INR 15 for 9th onwards till the completion of the 12th class for each day of attendance to ensure regularity and reduce drop-out.
It only costs $700 to sponsor one child’s education for an entire year. Your donation will cover all the costs of the child’s schooling, including education, accommodation, food, clothing and extracurricular activities.

Learning by Doing
In order to bring the students of PPES on the same level as students from more privileged backgrounds, PPES has built ten labs that offer children a hands-on experience and not limit their knowledge to just books.
SCIENCE LAB
The science lab was started in July 2012 and helps the students to get practical experience in the subjects of physics, chemistry and biology. Access to this scientific knowledge has enabled the girls to pursue higher education in fields that were previously more difficult for them to access.
ENGLISH LAB
Named after the renowned author and philanthropist Sudha Murthy, this lab combines the use of traditional teaching with CDs, DVDs, and computer games to provide the students with a working knowledge of the English language.
COMPUTER LAB
The UP Board does not offer Computer Science as a subject. As a result, PPES introduced Computer Science with the establishment of a computer lab at the school in 2004. This lab offers the girls a chance to learn the basics of programming and coding, which has led many of the students to pursue computer sciences in Higher Education.
MATHS LAB
Historically, girls are not encouraged to pursue maths. The creation of a Maths Lab at PPES enables girls to accelerate their learning and build their confidence to study mathematics.
Higher Education
At Pardada Pardadi Educational Society (PPES), we believe that education is the key to unlocking a brighter future. Our Higher Education Support Program is designed to empower our 12th-grade graduates, enabling them to pursue degree, diploma, and professional courses at reputed institutes. This initiative aims to provide our students with the tools they need for substantial career growth and enhanced placement opportunities.
We take pride in our growing community of successful alumnae. Currently, over 201 of our girls are pursuing higher education at various universities and colleges, while more than 162 have secured positions across diverse occupational sectors. These numbers are a testament to the effectiveness of our comprehensive approach to education and career preparation.
Our commitment to our students’ success begins long before they graduate. Through tailored mentorship programs and counseling sessions, we guide our girls from an early age, helping them explore and choose career paths that align with their interests and passions. Our classes focus on building confidence, expanding knowledge, and honing communication skills, ensuring that our students are well-prepared for higher studies and can confidently stand alongside peers from across the country.

To ease financial burdens, we provide scholarship funds accumulated from their school attendance to cover out-of-pocket expenses and stationery costs.
